Resort Questions Answered- Hawaiian Inn
Nothing tops a beach vacation, but there are always several things that need to be done before a vacation can perfectly come together. We wrote this blog post to answer some of the questions you may have before booking our resort and, therefore, make it easier for you to plan your dream vacation to World Famous Daytona Beach.
Payment: Your credit card will be charged either a deposit or the full amount of the stay depending on what rate you select. Please check the terms and conditions of the reservation prior to confirming for the exact deposit which applies to your reservation.
Check in/out: We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in advance. Please feel free to note your arrival time on your reservation but, we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available even if it is noted. Once you arrive at the hotel you can request a late check-out with the front desk. If available, there may be a nominal fee charged.
Special requests: We are more than willing to add any special requests to your reservation but please note that these are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or note them at the time of your reservation.
Ocean view: No, not all units are oceanfront but, the majority of our units are oceanfront. The description of each room will let you know if the room you are reserving is an oceanfront room or a city view.
Pools: During the winter months the indoor pool is heated. The pool is open year-round from dawn until dusk. We also offer an indoor heated pool.
Balcony: Not all units offer a balcony but, the room type description will let you know if the room type you have chosen offers a balcony. All oceanfront studios and suites have a kitchenette and half of the city views have a kitchenette.
Parking: Self-parking is free for registered guests of the hotel and limited to two vehicles per room. Parking passes are required.
Pet policy: Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends we do not allow pets. However, service animals with documentation are accepted.
Smoking:We are a non-smoking hotel. You may smoke outside only. A cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is not followed.
Lost & Found: If you’ve left something behind, please email Operations@hawaiian.testing-area.online with your name, room number if you have it and a description of the items lost. We will be happy to assist.
Packages: For a nominal fee of $5 per package you may have packages delivered to the hotel. You must include the name on the reservation and arrival date on the package. Payments for packages can be pre-paid by emailing email@example.com. We do ask that packages arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to check-in. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee.
The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages. *The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation.
