Do you accept credit card authorization forms?

No, due to credit card security regulations we do not accept credit card authorization forms.  The guest who is the lead name on the reservation must be present at check in and must present their identification and have a valid credit card in their name at check-in.  No exceptions.

Is my credit charged when I make the reservation?

Yes, your credit card will be charged either a deposit or the full amount of the stay depending on what rate you select.  Please check the terms and conditions of the reservation prior to confirming for the exact deposit which applies to your reservation.  Please note:  Reservations made with a declined or invalid credit card are subject to cancellation.

I’ve left something behind at the hotel, do you have a lost and found department?

Yes, absolutely.  If you’ve left something behind, please email with your name, room number if you have it and a description of the items lost.  We will be happy to assist.

Can I make additional payments?

If you wish to make additional payments to your reservation please contact our reservations department email or call 800-922-3023 and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I change my reservation at any time?

Any changes to your reservation can be made providing they are made within the terms of the cancellation policies & terms.  Please note that changes to a reservation can however result in rate changes.  Also, there may be minimum length of stay requirements during some dates and changes to a reservation in which the number of nights is less than the minimum required will not be eligible to change the original reservation.  To change or modify your reservation please email or call 800-922-3023 and we will be happy to assist you.

What are the cancellation terms on my reservation?

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained during the reservation process.  Our hotel policy is 72 hours prior to arrival you may cancel without penalty unless you reserve a non-cancellable or non-refundable reservation such as Advanced Purchase or Pay in Advance & Save.  Additionally group block reservations have a 7 day cancellation policy.  Cancellations made within cancellation period will forfeit the deposit on the reservation.

Are all units oceanfront?

No, not all units are oceanfront but, the majority of our units are oceanfront.  The description of each room will let you know if the room you are reserving is an oceanfront room or a city view.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends we do not allow pets, however service animals with documentation are accepted.

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in advance.  Please feel free to note your arrival time on your reservation but, we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available even if it is noted.  Once you arrive at the hotel you can request a late check-out with the front desk.  If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.

How can I upgrade my reservation to a different room type?

If you decide to make a change to your reservation prior to the cancellation period such as a room upgrade, we would be more than happy to help you.  Email or call 800-922-3023 for availability and upgrade costs.

I want to make sure that I am on a low floor or high floor?

We are more than willing to add any special requests to your reservation but please note that these are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.  Please email or note them at the time of your reservation.

Do you have laundry service?

Yes, coin operated and debit card washers and dryers are located on the first floor.

Is the swimming pool heated and what are the pool hours?

During the winter months the indoor pool is heated.  The pool is open year-round from dawn until dusk.

Can I send packages or receive mail at the hotel?

For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the resort.  The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation.  In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee.  The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.

*Please note:  For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge.  Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

Do all units have a balcony?

No, not all units offer a balcony but, the room type description will let you know if the room  type you have chosen offers a balcony.

Do all units have a kitchen?

All oceanfront studios and suites have a kitchenette and half of the city views have a kitchenette.

Do you have parking available for motorcycle trailers?

Yes, we offer complimentary trailer parking on a first come, first serve basis.  Once our parking lot is full, we do offer alternative public parking (fee based).  The maximum trailer length we can accept in our parking lot is 21 feet.

Do you have hot tub and fitness facilities?

No, but we do offer an indoor heated pool which is jetted in one section.

Is there a fee for the onsite miniature golf course?

No, miniature golf is complimentary for our registered guests.

What is the minimum age to check-in and stay at the hotel?

All guests in the room must be 18 years old to stay at the hotel without a parent or legal guardian present.  Proof of occupants ages will be confirmed upon arrival.  Anyone aged between 18-24 years travelling without a parent or guardian must provide a $75 security deposit per person at check-in.  All guests staying in the room must be registered with the front desk.

Is Wi-Fi free at the hotel?

Yes, it is complimentary.

Do you have cribs?

Cribs are Pack n Play style, they are provided complimentary, subject to request and availability. Please email  to ensure that your special request for this is added into your reservation.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No, parking is free for registered guests of the hotel and limited to two vehicles per room.  Parking passes are required.

Do the special events have different cancellation policies?

During any special event the cancellation policies can change, please make sure that you are very clear on the cancellation terms prior to booking your stay, during some special events the cancellation policy can be 14 days prior to arrival. Advance purchase rates are always 100% non-cancellable and non-refundable.
