The Daytona Beach Boardwalk

If you are staying with us here at the Hawaiian Inn, you are only about three miles away from the amazing Boardwalk that is located right on the beach. Have you ever ridden a rollercoaster with an ocean view? Well, it’s about time you do so. There are so many attractions and beautiful sights in Daytona that you might wonder if visiting the Boardwalk is a must, and in our opinion it is!

The boardwalk is a combination of amusement park, arcade, eatery, shopping and Mardi Gras Fun Center. Fun is guaranteed with a huge ferris wheel that allows you to take in the view of breathtaking Daytona Beach from way up high, the Sandblaster Roller Coaster and the Slingslot that will get the adrenaline going if you are feeling adventurous, and, of course, go karts because nobody can actually go to Daytona and not get to race!

To make your trip even more special, try going at the end of the afternoon so you can see the sunset from atop the ferris wheel! And if you go from Memorial Day through Labor Day, you also get to watch fireworks at night. More specifically at 9:45 p.m.

Street performers such as jugglers and escape artists are also onsite to entertain guests! We hope you enjoy your time in Daytona Beach, the world’s most famous beach!
